Custom Design Request:
Custom orders can be quoted roughly to give you an idea of the cost up front & the time frame to complete. The order for the transfers will be a separate time frame & will be purchased with the custom design fees. All fees will be invoiced and emailed to your provided email. The design will be started after payment.
I will send you updates along the way and will be complete when you completely happy with the design. There are a maximum of 3 design edits that go with the initial estimate & up front payment. After that I will provide you with an estimate of time & cost to keep changing the design. Changes include & are not limited to: size, color, shape, theme, style & any other changes no matter how small or big to the design.
I welcome & appreciate idea boards & examples of things you like so I can better design something for you.
Custom Printing Request:
If you already have a file ready to go & needing us to print it for you, we can do that! The file requirements are: PNG format, transparent background & at least 300 dpi. We also recommend that design size be the same or very similar to the size you wanted printed, smaller sized designs can decrease in quality when sized up. TPJs Design & Press is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements in your designs.
The digital file is not able to be purchased at this time. All payments are invoiced and emailed to the email provided in the form below. Designing & Printing will not begin until after payment. There are no refunds on custom orders or custom prints. All custom designs are approved by you before marked complete and ready for printing. All files submitted for printing are checked and verified for quality before printing begins.
